    I research, prototype, and test with real users so the products people touch is clear, accessible, and easy to trust. Grounded in industry leading design teaching at the University of Minnesota's College of Design & Innovation and professional experience with NN/g and their research team.

    I work with product and technology leaders to weigh what users need against what the business needs, whether the scope is one feature or a whole organization.

    I set up the teams, design operations, and delivery habits that let good products keep shipping—and keep scaling—long after launch.
